The Brentwood Grille, one of Nashville's hottest restaurants- first opened in 2004, and is currently owned and operated by Eddie Hall.
The recent hiring of local chef Michael Munson, aka "Red", has brought exceptional creative cooking talent to the Brentwood Grille. Craig and Allan have truly found a gem in their incredible chef- a visionary chef by all accounts. Originally from New York, he has worked his way all around the country honing his talents- places like Criallo's, Spago's and Longhi's in Maui. Locally he has been with Union Station, Scott's and Mario's.
His style is what he calls Alsatian, which is a combination of German and French classic cuisine. His goal is to "please the palette and open up the senses." The restaurant offers some of the best atmosphere and food that you'll find anywhere in the greater metro Nashville area. Good times, great food, wonderful ambiance- that's what you'll find at the Brentwood Grille.
